The Value Builder Score In this section of the module, we will go over the Value Builder Score, which is an interactive tool offering a comprehensive assessment of the “sellability” of your business, whether you want to sell next year or just know you’re building a valuable asset for the future. When you complete the Value Builder Score questionnaire, you’ll receive your overall score out of 100 plus a comprehensive analysis of your score and a detailed action plan for how to improve your score on each of the eight key drivers, which are statistically proven to improve the value of your company. The output of the review will lead to creating: THE VALUE BUILDER SCORE ACTION ITEMS THE VALUE BUILDER SCORE HISTORY Vision Builder In this section of the module, we will begin the Vision Builder, which allows you to define the strategic framework for everything you'll do within The Value Builder System™. It is used to articulate your vision for the future of your company, in addition to identifying key business objectives for helping you get there.

The output of the review will lead to creating: THE PROBLEM, THE SOLUTION, & THE SUCCESS ACTION ITEMS VISION BUILDER HISTORY Action Planner The purpose of this section in the module is to create a roadmap for your Value Builder Engagement with your Certified Value Builder™. You will review your latest Value Builder questionnaire and identify the obstacles standing in the way of increasing your Value Builder Score.

If you’ve already gone through all 12 modules at this point, you will use this time to confirm the accuracy of your latest Value Builder Score questionnaire results and lay out a focused roadmap for further improving your Value Builder Score over the next 12 months. This section will show you a visual plan from the current Value builder scoe number and exactly what you need to do to increase the numbers to your desired goal. Goals This section will allow you to create and edit your Annual and Monthly goals. It comes with a calculator and targets, with charts and graphs to keep you on track.
