How to grant us access to your QuickBooks Online file as an Accountant User




If you're using QuickBooks Online, please be sure to grant us Accountant user access to andria@abiggerbottom-line.com

If you're using Quickbooks Desktop, follow the instructions at this link here to learn how to create a portable back up file to upload to us. To invite us in QuickBooks Online follow the instructions below:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.

  2. Click on the Gear Icon > Manage Users.

  3. Go to the Accounting Firms section.

  4. Enter this email address:  andria@abiggerbottom-line.com  and first/last name Andria Radmacher (optional).

  5. Click Invite. We will receive an email with a link for signing in to your company.

  6. Until we sign in, our status on the Manage Users page is "Invited." After accepting the invitation, our status changes to "Active."

  7. Click Next and Finish.
