Your free consultation

Pat yourself on the back! If you have booked a free consultation with us, you've done the hardest part. You recognized that you needed help and you just reached out for support. We know it's not easy carrying the weight of the world on those shoulders. Haven't booked one yet? Click here to get going! We're here to help.

What happens next? โ€‹ ๐Ÿ“ง Don't worry, you'll receive a reminder email the day before and 1 hour before our scheduled zoom appointment, and the link to the meeting will be in the email for your convenience. ๐Ÿ—“ You'll also receive a calendar appointment which you can add to your Google or Outlook calendar and the Zoom link for your meeting. Look for an emailed calendar invite. โ€‹ ๐Ÿ“ƒ In 1 to 2 business days we will send you a Non-Disclosure Agreement before we meet so that you can have some peace of mind. Even before we start an engagement together, we want you to feel comfortable sharing your business details with us. Trust is everything, and we will strive to become your trusted advisor. โ€‹ ๐Ÿ”‘ Next, in order to provide the best consultation experience, we are going to ask for access to your current QuickBooks file. If you don't have one yet, then don't worry about this part, we'll discuss your needs in the meeting. Remember, you don't need to take a bath before you take a shower. In other words, don't worry about trying to "clean up" your books before we meet. That's what we're here to help you with. Plus, you've got better things to do. โ€‹ If you have an online file we'll share some instructions for how to invite us as an accountant user. โ€‹ If you have a desktop file, we'll have you upload a backup file to us using our Secure Share link system. โ€‹ ๐Ÿ’ป Then, we meet! We'll join the Zoom meeting on the day and time of your scheduled appointment. In this meeting, you can tell us more about your business and what you need so we can get the full picture. โ€‹ We will be in touch via email, and we're looking forward to getting to know you! โ€‹

And then? โ€‹ After your free consultation here's what we plan to do next: ๐Ÿ“You'll receive an emailed proposal and select an option with an e-sign to accept & pay (all online securely) ๐Ÿ’ปYou'll log in to the portal to see the next steps you are assigned

We send you an invite to our online portal about 1 - 2 business days after signing

In the client portal, you can communicate with us securely, send us messages, upload files, and see the first To Do's on your list which will be: โ€‹ โ€‹ 1. Book your OnBoarding Meetings 2. Upload information 3. Ask us any questions 4. Get excited!

At this point, you'll be well on your way to more financial clarity and that bigger bottom line! We will be there every step of the way on this journey. โ€‹ โ€‹ โ€‹ โ€‹ Question: How do I send in my information before, during, and after I sign up? โ€‹ Answer: You'll be given 3 ways to securely send us information. โ€‹ โ€‹ 1) ๐Ÿ”— You can upload files to us anytime using our secure share link here. This link is on our website and in our email signatures for your convenience. โ€‹ 2) ๐Ÿ’ป Once you accept an agreement and become a client, you can then upload information and communicate with us via the secure client portal. The invite to this system is sent 1 to 2 business days after you sign up for service. โ€‹ 3) ๐Ÿ“ง You'll be given a custom email forwarding address that you can use to securely forward us receipts, bills, invoices, insurance paperwork, statements, questions, pictures from your last vacation, or whatever you think might be relevant for us to see. You can do this right from your email when you're a client. We get it, sometimes you just want to delegate something by forwarding it straight from your email without having to go login into a portal or download and upload things to a link. The custom email address we'll give you during onboarding is gonna make that possible and make your life a lot easier. Send it and forget it. We'll follow up with you later in the portal once we review the files.
