Designed for growing businesses with 1 to 6 checking and/or credit card accounts and approximately 80 transactions per month, it suits savvy companies that need to pay vendors weekly, might be considering payroll, and require monthly and annual financial reports to prepare for taxes and gain insights throughout the week, month, and year. Additional transactions and bank or credit card accounts can be included for an extra fee or a change order invoice as your service needs grow. Bookkeeping Done Weekly

Posting all transactions and receipt paperwork received each week and matching to bank feed transactions. Ensuring all transactions are posted before any weekly reporting goes out. Day of week is typically Wednesday. We will get month end reports done by 15th of the month.

Accrual Basis Accounting included (or Cash / Cash Modified if desired)

Accrual basis accounting recognizes income and expenses on the date they are incurred. This type of accounting includes Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. It also includes other Advance Revenue recognition applications. Businesses looking to professionalize their financial performance will manage their financials on this method. Cash-basis accounting recognizes income and expenses when they are received and paid. This is best for companies that only need to see "after-the-fact" record keeping, not real-time or what may be paid in the future.  Modified cash-basis accounting may allow be done in this program. But only Cash Basis reporting will be done at year-end for tax purposes if the company files on a Cash Basis.

Your dedicated bookkeeper will review all your submitted paperwork and post all your transactions into your financial ledgers from the bank feeds. They will post To Do requests in the portal for anything missing or questions they have. They will compile your financial reports monthly.


Your Accountant Review Manager will review the financials that were created before they are approved to be posted to the client portal. Any additional questions or feedback will be noted for your reference and reply in the portal.


Your Scheduling Assistant will help get any meetings booked with our team.


Payroll Clerk added if the Payroll Addon is included in this service. Ask us more about that or click here to read more about our Payroll services. AP Billing clerks will post your bills from your vendors and ensure that your Accounts Payable aging report is accurate.


Sales Tax clerk will be added if you need annual sales tax reporting and review.

Financial Update Reposts sent out WEEKLY. Month-end financials reconciled and reported by 15th of the following month

Automated weekly reports are emailed to you and your team as needed to show last week's updated numbers. You can determine which reports you would like to receive weekly and which you prefer to see monthly.

Financial Reporting Done Monthly and Annually, Updates weekly

Monthly and Year financials may be generated for your tax basis and/or for business management oversight. Weekly update reports can be automatically sent as well to see open AR, AP, and other insights once a week after the books are updated and reconciled to the bank feeds.

80 Transactions Per Month included

Ideal for businesses doing either 80 transaction or less per month, or Gross Sales per year between $300,001 to $600,000. This is the ideal program for companies that want to grow and need to delegate more to their back office. Even if you are not at these gross sales figures or transactions, this still could be the right fit for you.

Up to 6 Bank or Credit Card Accounts

Additional Bank, Credit Card, and/or Loan Accounts can be added on for an additional monthly fee per account.


*Discounts are offered for granting access for statement retrieval or timely uploads by 5th of month. Convenience fees are assessed if access is not provided and statements are not uploaded by the 5th of the month.

Weekly response time to messages in the client portal.

We will acknowledge your comment right away in the client portal, but we may take up to a week to follow up with the solution. You may also book meetings with our team via Zoom for an additional fee when needed.


If you would prefer to communicate outside of our portal in Email, you may choose to select the Email Communications Add On Service and agree to the release of liability terms.

Up to 2 e-commerce sales channels

We will help you to connect and import into QuickBooks e-commerce channels such as, Shopify, Square, Stripe, Amazon, PayPal, WooCommerce, Etsy, Ebay and others using a customized import tool which will be paid for and included in your service. We will customize connection for your needs. Transaction total may cause higher fees depending on total each month. See out add on services or custom quote for more details.

Class Tracking

Track transactions by different types of customizable groups to suit your needs. Such as divisions, locations, different business entities, type of sale, etc. Class tracking allows you to run financials statements by a particular class such as a Profit and Loss by Class. We will do Class tracking within the total number of transactions included in your program. Additional transaction class tracking can be added for an addtional fee. This provides more oversight to your financial transactions.

Customer Check Payments & Deposits matching to open invoices

We will ensure that your customer payments are matched back to your customer invoices in QuickBooks and let you know if any funds can not be matched to a customer payment. This AR Basic Add On service is INCLUDED in the GOLD Weekly service and provides essential accounts receivable (AR) features to help manage customer billing, collections, and reporting efficiently. It includes foundational tools such as invoice creation for up to 3 invoice transactions per month with up to 3 split line items (for more, please request the Full Service AR Add on), payment tracking, and basic reporting, all integrated into a streamlined system to ensure accuracy and timely follow-up on outstanding balances.

Accounts Payable Add On BASIC Included

Our Gold weekly package includes our BASIC Accounts Payable Bill pay service, which includes up to 8 bills entered per month for up to 3 line item splits each, before there is an additional charge add on charge for more. It does NOT include an approvals workflow. That can be added on if needed as an extra monthly charge.


This service encompasses many basic accounts payable (AP) functionalities designed to enhance financial management and streamline payment processes within your organization. It includes essential features such as bill entry, vendor management, matching bank feed payments to bills, and accounts payable reconciliation. All integrated into a single system for maximum efficiency. This add-on ensures that your AP tasks are performed seamlessly, allowing businesses to manage their payables effectively, maintain accurate records, and optimize cash flow.

Sales Tax Tracking Assistance

Compilation and preparation of annual sales tax reports, segmented by city, to ensure compliance with local tax regulations. It includes the collection of sales data, calculation of tax liabilities based on city-specific rates, and the organization of information required for accurate reporting.


We will help you once a year with the reporting of your total sales tax liabilities so that you can use these report figures to file sales tax on your own or request this additional add-on service.


We will work with you to ensure your products and services are set up to track Sales Tax via QuickBooks and can be reported by address to the correct government authorities annually. If Quarterly reporting is needed and or multiple ecommerce sales tax reporting, that can be added on outside of this BASIC service.

Client portal online

We use a client powered by Qount for A Bigger Bottom Line. Click here to learn more. You will receive an invitation when you onboard and set a secure password with the option to set two-factor authentication for your security. Our client portal allows you to login online from anywhere in the world to view financial reports, message securely, review and interact with To Do's, clarify uncategorized transactions needing feedback, and see all your shared files. Here is where all your problem solving is done and even collaboration with your CPA and other outside professionals that have been invited.

Provide Year End Financials to your Tax Preparer or CPA by February 15th following year-end

We will send your CPA or Tax Preparer your year-end financials once you have reviewed and approved them. These typically consist of the:


-Profit & Loss


-Balance Sheet


-Trail Balance


We can send your AR Aging & AP Aging as well if you file on an ACCRUAL BASIS of accounting.


General Ledgers may also be provided, depending on total transaction count. E-Commerce companies with 1,000s of imported transactions will not receive general ledgers as they are too large to create or be useful. Instead, you may request a ledger from certain accounts to see the details when necessary.


We can also invite your CPA or Tax Preparer to your QuickBooks Online file once the year-end books are ready. This allows for a collaborative review each year with our bookkeepers and your CPA or tax preparer.

Reconcile Bank & Credit Card Accounts Monthly to statements (Weekly to bank feeds)

We will post your bank feed transactions once a week and confirm that the amount is the same in each bank or credit card account, weekly. This clearing process is our way of getting the books reconciled weekly to the bank feeds so that you are up to date once a week with everything in that happened in your financial transactions. We then officially reconcile all banking, credit card, and loan accounts to their provided statements monthly. Since these statements are only generated once a month, we do this official reconciliation to the statements only once a month using the official reconciliation module that QuickBooks provides. We then generate a reconciliation report that goes along with your monthly financial reports for reference in the client portal. This way you are ensured that your books are in compliance and fully reconciled to your official statements each month. Nothing to fall through the cracks! If you need transactions posted and reconciled more frequently to the bank feeds, then upgrade to the Daily Platinum program.

Change Orders for Out of Scope Requests

If you start with this program and we discover that more time is needed on your account to complete the work that is required, we will send change order invoices to complete your books. These could be for things like having more accounts, transactions, and complexity than initially disclosed when you first signed up for the service. We will recommend that you updgrade to a higher service if this program is not enough to get everything done without change orders. Typically after the 1st or 2nd change order, we will pause service until you upgrade to something that may be more appropriate. Sometimes, it may just be a busy month or year and if things go back within scope then we can continue with this program. Your service agreement will list the dollar value per hour of the staff roles in our company. These will be used to determine any additional change order fees. Change order invoices are sent out as standalone invoices separate from your recurring ongoing service (which is charged automatically to the payment method on file). You will be given 30-day terms to pay any change order invoices you receive. You can request us to manually charge your payment information on file to pay for any change orders you receive, or you can choose a different form of payment, such as using your bill payment processor and any bill approvals workflow you use to pay other vendor bills. If your change order invoices are not paid within the 30-day terms, we do reserve the right to pause your current services and use your payment method on file to pay for any outstanding change orders before services resume.

Pricing for this service starts at about $345 per week or $1,495 per month

For less than a part-time employee, we can handle your weekly, monthly, and yearly bookkeeping & accounting needs so you can get back to business, making sales! This is NOT a daily bookkeeping program. This is an annual program which means Transactions will accrue during the YEAR and will be posted and or reconciled ONCE a YEAR before the annual basic financials are posted in the client portal for review. This means your books will be up-to-date only ONE day each year (the day you receive your annual financials for the previous year). If you need your transactions posted daily please choose the Platinum program. If you need them posted weekly please choose the Gold Weekly program, if needed monthly please choose the Bronze program.*


This program does NOT include any annual Income Tax Filing Services for 1040, 1065, or 1120 tax forms. Your outside CPA or Enrolled agent will be responsible for your income tax returns and you will be billed separately from A Bigger Bottom Line for any income tax preparation and filings. You are required to pay for and handle all your own payroll taxes. We can help you send 1099’s at year-end using QuickBooks for an additional fee per 1099. We will work with your designated CPA to provide year-end financial statements and or access to your QuickBooks Online file for review.******
