Great just forward it to us (HubDoc) and we will match it to the transaction it belongs to in your accounting system. We will attach these source documents (proof & details of the transation) to the bank feed or credit card feed it realtes to in your bookkeeping. No duplicates, just clean and clear bookkeeping that gives you peace of mind and  keeps you in compliance in case of a question or audit.

  • Clarifying Transactions in your Records

    Our bookkeepers have decades of experience looking over millions of transactions to determine how best to record them in your financials. However, some transactions may be coded as "Uncategorized" if there is not enough detail in the bank feed, no receipt or source document submitted, we have a question related to job costing, class tracking, customer project tracking, asset tracking, or more. In these cases, we will post the transactions as Uncategorized until your feedback is received. We will provide easy tools for you to give us this feedback so we can accurately account for the transaction before the final financials are agreed on.
